Deadline

Normally the delivery time is up to one week, which can be extended depending on the complexity of the art and can be delivered sooner.

Payment

Payment is via PayPal, and 50% of the order value must be sent before the artwork begins.
After payment confirmation, I will start the work and send the draft to receive confirmation from the client, and after acceptance, the other 50% must be paid to start the painting and finishing process.
There will be no refunds after payment has been made.

Usage Polity

- Personal Use: The commissioned art may be used for personal purposes, such as social media profiles, forums, etc.
- Printing and Rights: You are allowed to print the artwork and use the characters as your own, but the artwork itself remains my property.
- Publication: If you prefer that your art not be published in any form, please let me know before we finalize the process. Your request will be respected.

Prohibitions:

- Resale and Mass Production: You are not permitted to resell the artwork without my permission or use it to create mass-produced products.
- Modifications: Alterations to the artwork, including removing my signature, are not allowed.

✦ Art for commercial purposes ✦

- If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, the cost will increase by 300% on top of the commission price. For example, if you commission a piece that costs $15, there will be an additional $45 fee.
- Additional objects have extra value depending on their complexity.

Revisions

- You are entitled to 3 revisions of the drawing. Additional revisions after the lineart
stage will incur a fee of $5 per revision.

Additional Notes:

- Delivery time may vary based on the complexity of the commission. Please be patient.
- For orders with shorter deadlines than specified, a rush fee will be applied, which may range from 50% to 70% of the total order price.
